The main target group of the project are the CSO members of the Electoral Support Network - Southern Africa (ESN-SA). At the country level, close collaboration will be initiated with the ESN-SA member organisations. Each organisation will have a Project Focal Point to serve as the link between the Project and activities on the ground. The member organisations will be consulted during the needs assessment exercise to ensure that the project is geared towards targeting the specific knowledge gaps of these organisations and their partners working to promote peaceful electoral processes. Notably, other CSOs working to promote peaceful electoral processes in the SADC region will be involved as participants in workshop and training activities and will thus benefit extensively from it’s capacity development initiatives. Also, they will form a valuable source of input to data collection and research activities.
